The minister noted that the government will have a new approach to the organization of vintage 2017 as a result of the current situation in the winemaking sector.

部长宣称：考虑到酿酒业的现状，2017葡萄采收的组织方式将有所创新。

“The tendency of wine export in recent years is progressive, and the conjuncture in this field has been improved. We expect, that the vintage process will be organized and the private sector will have great interest and demand for the purchase of grapes.  Accordingly, the state will not need subsidy on the part of wine processing in main industrial varieties like Saperavi and Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane "- noted Levan Davitashvili.

“近几年，葡萄酒出口持续增长，市场行情向好。我们期待今年的葡萄采收组织有序，私有部门对葡萄收购表现出充分的兴趣和需求，这样，国家便不再需要对用于酿酒的主要葡萄品种——例如萨别拉维、卡斯泰利和卡胡娜-姆茨瓦涅——发放补贴。”列文·大卫塔什维利指出。

The minister also remarked that the government continues to promote brand production with various mechanisms, including preferential agro credits.

部长同时表示：政府将继续采用包括农业优惠贷款在内的各种机制鼓励葡萄酒品牌建设。

“In recent years we have seen that the quality of  Georgian brand and the production process is improved, and we will have compensation for Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane,  if the companies produce brand and concentrated sweet of grape, they will receive compensation from the state by 35 Tetri in order to offer them competitive  pricing policy  and give  more motivation to involve in the process. This way, we promote brand spirit production, which is the filling industry together with the wine sector” - noted Levan Davitashvili.

“近年来，我们见证了格鲁吉亚（葡萄酒）品牌和生产加工过程的持续优化，我们将对卡斯泰利和卡胡娜-姆茨瓦涅给予一定补贴。生产品牌浓缩甜葡萄汁的企业将得到35拉里的政府补贴，从而鼓励企业采取具有竞争力的定价政策，加强其投入生产的动力。这样，我们可以促进品牌烈酒的生产，使之与葡萄酒相辅相成。”列文·大卫塔什维利提到。

According to the Minister, some news are planned in the Racha-Lechkhumi region for the improvement of the sector.

部长还透露：为鼓励葡萄酒产业发展，将在拉恰-列其呼米地区推行新计划。

“In case of appellation wine “Khvanchkara”,  we have amendments in wine specification according to which from 2019 the processing  should be carried out  directly in the area of the origin, which is very important news for the  local residents and producers.  This should be a painless move and we are giving wine companies the time limit until 2019, " -stated Levan Davitashvili

“我们对产区葡萄酒‘卡万奇卡拉’的标准作了修订，自2019年开始，要求生产加工在产地直接进行，这对于当地居民和酿酒业者而言无异于重磅消息。向新标准的过渡应当平缓顺利，我们给葡萄酒企业的缓冲期到2019年。”列文·大卫塔什维利。

As a result of measures taken by the state in recent years, the state of viticulture and winemaking is as follows: 24 new enterprises have been funded and are working now(alcoholic beverages, wine production, brand production), 48 enterprises have been expanded (wine production, brand production), 5 123 hectare vineyard has been insured within the agronomic state program, export market is being actively diversified, export of wine and spirits has stable increasing tendency, and, accordingly, companies have increased demand for grape purchase.

由于政府近年来采取的一系列措施，葡萄种植及酿酒业取得了如下进展：24家企业从无到有（酒精饮料、葡萄酒酿造、品牌建设），48家企业扩大生产经营规模（葡萄酒酿造、品牌建设），5,123公顷葡萄园在国家农业经济计划项目下投保，出口市场呈现多样化趋势，葡萄酒及烈酒出口稳步增长，企业对葡萄采购的需求也相应扩大。

Taking into consideration all the above mentioned, there is no need to issue a subsidy on quality, conditioned grapes in Kakheti region in 2017 and according to the decree, it will no longer be issued.

从酿酒业现状来看，2017年不需要对卡赫基地区质量合格的葡萄给予补贴，根据政令，今年不再发放补贴。

According to the decision of the government, wine companies that purchase 1 kg of grapes of Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane grapes for the production of brandy spirit and concentrated sweet of grapes will be purchased at least 70 tetri.

根据政府决定：酿酒企业以不低于0.7拉里每公斤的价格采购一公斤卡斯泰利和卡胡里-姆茨瓦涅，用于酿造白兰地或加工葡萄浓缩汁，则可获得由国家提供的0.35拉里补贴。

Due to  the special significance - preserved appellations - the subsidy will be retained for the 2017 vintage season in the Racha-Lechkhumi region of Khvanchkara varieties - Aleqsandrouli and Mujuretuli - 1 kg - 2 GEL.

由于拉恰-列其呼米地区作为保护产区的特殊重要性，将对该地区收获的赫万奇卡拉系列品种——亚力山卓乌里和莫图里——发放每公斤2拉里的补贴。

It is remarkable that since 2019, it will be restricted to replace the grape varieties from the Racha-Lechkhumi region (Mujuretuli, Aleksandrouli) for processing  in other regions.  Government decision - the subsidiary of Mujuretuli and Aleksandrouli in the framework of the vintage of 2017- will support development of wine processing enterprises in Racha.

值得注意的是：自2019年开始，拉恰-列其呼米地区的本土葡萄品种（莫图里，亚力山卓里）在外地加工将受到严格限制。政府决定在2017年葡萄采收季对莫图里和亚力山卓里葡萄发放补贴，这将为拉恰地区的酿酒企业发展提供有力支持。

According to the decree, a coordination staff has been set up by the representatives of LEPL National Wine Agency, Ministries of  Agriculture, Economy and Sustainable Development and Internal Affairs, NAPR Agricultural Project Management Agency and state representatives - governors (Kakheti, Racha-Lechkhumi, Svaneti Regions).

根据政府指令，国家葡萄酒局、农业部、经济及可持续发展部、内政部、农业项目管理局等部门代表及地区代表（卡赫基、拉恰-列其呼米及斯瓦内蒂地区）将指定协调专员。

Special space will be set up for self-governing cities for grape purchase.

With the purpose of promoting production, wine and alcoholic beverage companies will continue to pay loans in the framework of preferential agro credit projects.

自治市将指定专门的葡萄收购场所，而葡萄酒及其他酒精饮料生产商也将继续在农业优惠贷款框架下申请贷款，用于扩大生产。
